Política de Privacidade
Última atualização: 29 de setembro de 2026
- Data e hora do envio.
- confirmar que tratamos dados seus e acessá-los;
- corrigir dados incompletos, inexatos ou desatualizados;
- pedir a exclusão do áudio gerado e dos registros associados;
- revogar o consentimento;
- pedir informação sobre com quem compartilhamos seus dados;
Responderemos no menor prazo possível.
Nenhum sistema é totalmente imune a incidentes.

1. Who processes your data
This service is operated by FunkyBlackCat (the "Streamer"), a legal entity duly registered with the Brazilian corporate taxpayer registry (CNPJ). The full identification of the controller (corporate name and registration number) can be obtained by any data subject on request via the contact email given at the end of this policy.
For the purposes of Law No. 13.709/2018 (the Brazilian General Data Protection Law — LGPD), the Streamer is the controller of the personal data processed here.
2. Quick summary
- The service is intended only for people aged 18 or over.
- We use your Google sign-in to confirm that you are a subscriber of the YouTube channel and to obtain your channel's public name and @handle. We also receive your email address, used only to identify whether you are the channel owner (access to the admin panel) — it is not stored. We do not collect your password or your contacts.
- Your message (text or voice) is sent to ElevenLabs, in the United States, to generate the alert audio.
- The Streamer does not keep the original voice recording after processing. The converted audio is kept by the Streamer so the alert can be shown again. What ElevenLabs does with the audio while providing the service is governed by its own policies.
- The alert (your channel name and the audio) appears live on a public broadcast and may remain in recordings and clips.
- If you ask for it ("Show in the live chat" button), your channel's @handle (or its name, if there is no handle) and the date you subscribed are sent to StreamElements and posted by its bot in the public live chat.
- We do not sell personal data.
3. Data we process and why
3.1. Subscription verification (Google sign-in)
- What: through sign-in with your Google account (OAuth 2.0), we access, with your authorization, the information that you are a subscriber of the channel and for how long, the public name and @handle of your YouTube channel, and your email address. The scopes requested are youtube.readonly (reading subscriptions) and openid + email.
- Why: to confirm that you meet the subscription requirement set by the Streamer (currently, being subscribed is enough) and to show your channel name in the alert — the name is not typed in, to prevent anyone from impersonating someone else. Your subscription date is shown only to you, on the page, after you sign in, and is only published if you ask for it (see 3.4). The email is compared only with the channel owner's to unlock the admin panel; it is not kept.
- What we do NOT do: we do not post anything on your behalf unless you ask, we do not access your subscription list for any other purpose, and we do not store the Google access token (used once and discarded) or your email.
3.2. Message content
- Text message: the text you write to be read aloud.
- Voice message: the audio recording you make with your microphone. It is transmitted to ElevenLabs for conversion. The Streamer does not keep the original recording after the request is processed. ElevenLabs may retain the audio for as long as necessary to provide the service, in accordance with ElevenLabs' own terms and privacy policy (see section 6); this is not the same as "immediately deleted from all systems".
- Generated audio: the audio file resulting from the conversion. It is stored by the Streamer to allow the alert to be shown again during broadcasts. It can be deleted at the data subject's request (see section 8).
3.3. Technical data
- IP address, used in memory to limit abusive submissions and automated attacks (rate limiting).
- Date and time of the submission.
- Server logs, which may contain your channel name and error messages, kept for a limited period for diagnostics and security.
3.4. Posting your subscription date in the chat (optional)
- What: your YouTube channel's @handle (or its public name, if the channel has no handle), the date you subscribed to the channel, and how many days ago that was.
- When: only if you click "Show in the live chat" with the agreement box checked. Without that request, nothing is posted.
- How: this data is sent to StreamElements, whose bot posts a message in the public chat of the YouTube live stream. The message is visible to everyone in the chat and may remain in the chat replay of the recording.
- What we keep: only the record of your consent (channel name, date and time, IP and browser), as proof of the request.
4. About your voice
The voice recording is used exclusively to generate the alert audio through ElevenLabs' voice conversion tool. We do not use your voice for biometric identification, we do not create a "clone" of your voice, and we do not associate it with a profile of you.
We have configured our ElevenLabs account so that the audio sent is not used to train ElevenLabs' artificial intelligence models. Even so, ElevenLabs' handling of the audio while it processes the request is governed by that company's own policies (see section 6).
5. Legal basis (LGPD)
The processing described above relies mainly on your consent (art. 7, I, and — as regards the voice recording — art. 11, I), given when you check the agreement box before sending the message or posting your subscription date in the chat. We also rely on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) for the technical data strictly necessary to the security of the service, such as the IP used for rate limiting.
You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 8).
6. Who we share with
- ElevenLabs, Inc. (United States) — generating the audio from your text or your recording. This involves an international transfer of data to the USA. See ElevenLabs' privacy policy and terms of use.
- Google LLC (United States) — only at the moment of sign-in, to confirm the subscription to the channel. No data of yours is sent to Google on our initiative beyond what is necessary for that authentication.
- StreamElements — only when you ask to show your subscription date in the chat (section 3.4): it receives your channel's @handle (or name) and subscription date and posts them through its bot in the live chat. This may involve an international transfer of data.
- Hosting provider (Render) — which operates the infrastructure the service runs on and, technically, processes and stores the data on the Streamer's behalf.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. We may disclose data if legally required to by a competent authority.
7. How long we keep it
- Session cookie (which holds your channel name, the eligibility confirmation, the date you subscribed to the channel, and whether you are the channel owner): expires after a few hours without use (the deadline renews on each visit) or when you click "Sign out".
- Message posted in the chat (section 3.4): stays in the live chat and in the recording's replay, outside the Streamer's control; we only keep the record of your consent.
- Original voice recording: not retained by the Streamer after processing; retention by ElevenLabs follows its policy.
- Generated audio: kept by the Streamer for as long as it is useful for the purpose of showing the alert again, or until the data subject requests deletion.
- Technical logs: kept for a limited period (as a rule, no longer than 90 days), unless they need to be preserved to investigate a security incident or comply with a legal obligation.
8. Your rights
As a data subject, you may, at any time:
- confirm that we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- request deletion of the generated audio and the associated records;
- withdraw consent;
- request information about who we share your data with;
- object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, write to funkyvoicemessage@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as possible.
Withdrawal of consent and use of audio already published. Consent to the processing of your data and the license to use the generated audio (section 5 of the Terms of Use) are separate instruments. When you withdraw consent: (a) we stop carrying out new processing and new uses of your audio from the date of the request; (b) we delete the stored data when deletion is legally required, subject to the legal grounds for retention; and (c) we remove, where possible, the copies of the generated audio that are under the Streamer's direct control. Withdrawal does not automatically undo the public display that already lawfully took place before the request (for example, a segment that already aired and remained in a VOD), nor does it reach copies that are already outside the Streamer's control (third-party clips and re-uploads).
You can also revoke the permissions granted to the application directly in your Google Account, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
9. Security
- Communication over HTTPS.
- Session cookies that are digitally signed, inaccessible to scripts (httpOnly), and restricted to secure connections in production.
- The Google access token is used once and not saved.
- The original voice recording is not written to disk.
- Rate limiting to hinder abuse.
No system is completely immune to incidents. In the event of a relevant security incident, we will take the measures required by the LGPD, including, where applicable, notifying data subjects and the ANPD (the Brazilian data protection authority).
10. Minors
The service is not intended for people under 18, and we do not intentionally collect data from minors. By using the service, you declare that you are at least 18 years old.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When that happens, we will change the date at the top of the page. Significant changes may be announced on the service's home page.
